Born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area, Nick Bliley truly has a lifetime of experience in this great city. Nick’s grandfather was a small business owner in Chatsworth, starting one of LA’s largest printing presses, and eventually bought the building he was operating out of. Nick was witness to many of his grandfather’s business deals, including numerous real estate holdings, and what stood out the most to Nick was not just his grandfather’s drive, but the character and ethics everyone knew his grandfather by. To this day, Nick is defined by that same core foundation, and a passion for the beauty and history of the only city he’s ever called home.

 

Now a homeowner in Silver Lake of a 1912 Craftsman deplex, Nick is bringing his 12 years of real estate experience to the eastside. After 5 years specializing in multifamily property sales in Venice and Santa Monica, Nick moved onto property management which took him all over the city and allowed him invaluable insight into the day-to-day dealings of his clients. From new builds to 115-year-old homes, Nick has personally gotten dirty doing it all – from the legal paperwork to the actual plumbing. 

 

While on his daily morning walks through the neighborhood with his Airedale Terrier Bruno and 9-month-old son Miles, Nick saw a need in Silver Lake. The friendliest guy on the block, Nick talked to neighbors, local business owners, renters, and property owners, and found that there were folks who needed help. But not just from anyone, from a fellow local, someone who knows the history of their homes and appreciates the evolution the community has gone through.
